RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR SPEEDYFURNITURE.COM, LLC "FRIENDS AND FAMILY" SWEEPSTAKES

1. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. All Speedy Furniture Friends and Family Program members are automatically entered in each month's Friends and Family Sweepstakes Giveaway [hereafter referred to as Giveaway]. Members will also automatically get additional entries in each month's Giveaway equal to the number of members they referred. There is no limit to the number of times a member can win. Member Signup Form/Entries must include name, address, phone number and email address. Entries will be accepted on www.SpeedyFurniture.com/enter or by filling out a Friends and Family Program Signup Form in a Speedy Furniture store. Signup in the Friends and Family Member Program constitutes an Entry and therefore constitutes agreement to these rules and agreement to receive occasional Speedy Furniture emails and/or contact by a Speedy Furniture representative by phone. You may cancel the emails or stop phone contacts at any time without affecting the Membership/Entry already submitted.

2. YOU NEED NOT BE PRESENT TO WIN. Drawing for each month's winner will occur on the first of each month until the Giveaway is terminated. Winners will be notified by email, and/or mail, and/or phone within five (5) days after the drawing. If no response is received within ten (10) days, all rights, interests and claims of the selected entrant are null and void and new winner will be notified.

3. Winners will receive a Gift Certificate good for one-thousand dollars ($1,000) in merchandise to be selected from Speedy Furniture's product offering. The Gift Certificate is non-transferable and must be used within 30 days of winning. Prize choice may be selected only at the Speedy Furniture store selected by the member when joining the Friends and Family Program. The prize does not include delivery or set up of the products chosen. Total retail value of each month's Giveaway is subject to the winner's choice in products to be capped at one thousand dollars ($1,000) calculated at current Speedy Furniture retail prices. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded. The items chosen by the winner will only be limited by the one-thousand dollar ($1000) prize cap.

4. The Giveaway is open to any legal resident of the United States and Canada, except residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island. Winner must be 21 years or older at the time of the drawing. Employees of SpeedyFurntiture.com and any individuals associated with SpeedyFurtniture.com or a Speedy Furniture Franchise and any of their respective immediate families living in the same household, are not eligible to win. By entering and/or accepting a prize, winners agree to be bound by these rules, to conform to all Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. All taxes, licenses, registrations and prize delivery fees are the winner's responsibility. There are no prize substitutions or transfers of cash value for prizes. The prize is non-transferable.

5. Entry constitutes permission for SpeedyFurniture.com to use winner's name, pictures, likeness, and address (city and state only) for advertising and publicity purposes for this or similar promotions, without further compensation.

6. Each winner must agree to release and hold harmless SpeedyFurniture.com, LLC and any Speedy Furniture franchise associated with them, and any affiliates associated with either, such as, but not limited to; respective directors, officers, attorneys, employees, and agents, from and against any damage, injury, death, or any other loss or liability whatsoever that may arise from their acceptance or use of any prize or their participation in this promotion.

9. The SpeedyFurniture.com "Friends and Family" Sweepstakes Giveaway is subject to termination without notice. If termination occurs it will be after a month's Sweepstakes has been completed and the prize awarded.
